Ordering, payment and delivery procedure

You may select items to go into your shopping cart. When you check out, you will be asked for your delivery address. 

You may then select your payment type, direct credit or MasterCard/Visa (which could be proceeded through phone with the help of our shop staff). 

Because we have huge number of products on our website, we cannot guarantee that all pieces are in stock. But, we do our very best to keep the website updated.

We will email a confirmation of receipt of your order within 24 hours that the item is in stock and a delivery price. Once you accept the freight price by return email or phone, payment will be required by direct credit or credit card.  If you decide not to continue with the transaction due to the item being out of stock or unacceptable freight costs, no payment will be needed. 

Note: items that are out of stock can generally be ordered in or new shipments may be arriving. 

Please allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery for an item from receipt of payment, depending on your location. Meanwhile, we will do our best to give you an ETA on your order.
